[Work content]

1) Provide R&D support for optimization and upgrading and supporting components for the company's existing products and technologies;

2) According to the company's technical plan, under the guidance of the R&D supervisor, preside over the product and technology development work;

3) Participate in discussions, formulate feasible product development plans, and implement them carefully according to the plan;

4) Collection and sorting of R&D data, project application and project operation management;

5) Explore new professional fields and be able to earnestly practice the knowledge learned;

6) Be able to grow quickly and take on independent R&D tasks as soon as possible.

Job Requirements:

1) Major in polymer chemistry, materials science and biochemical engineering, familiar with the preparation, functional modification and characterization of polymer materials, and have a strong research background in materials science.

2) Strong hands-on ability, strong sense of teamwork, able to bear hardships and stand hard work.

3) Be conscientious, loyal to the company, hard at work, and good at learning.

4) There are higher requirements for employees' research ability and learning ability.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, master degree or relevant work experience, especially those with microfluidic chip laboratory, MEMS, microfluidic chip design and processing research experience is preferred.

Experience in organic polymer material water system development (PVDF, PMMA, AFL, etc.) is preferred; experience in diaphragm coating material testing is preferred.
