Conference Introduction

The European Society of Toxicology (EUROTOX) is a union of European toxicologists and the European Society of Toxicology, consisting of approximately 6000 members from Europe and over 200 individual members from around the world. It is the top event in the field of toxicology in Europe, with an expected attendance of over 1500 professionals. EUROTOX was formerly known as the European Association for the Study of Drug Toxicity, established in Zurich in 1962. EUROTOX's mission is to promote the science and education of toxicology, influence regulatory and policy frameworks to promote safety for humans, animals, and the environment, and protect global health.
